Luckysexysnowy wednesday

brrrr...hace frio ! instead of moaning about the cold, I guess I should go and buy some whisky and get drunk but ...warm.

honestly, you should have seen me one hour ago, preparing some late lunch in the kitchen. I was wearing my old chapka from the Corean army plus a coat.

well, obviously something has to be done about heating the flat properly otherwise I swear I'll truly hibernate in bed.

see the sierra overlooking the village? We usually don't have snow so soon but I quite like it even if I keep moaning about the cold. Also it does look more like sugar than snow

do you remember a while ago, i was mentioning this ritual of spending one night in Granada in a nice cozy hotel to celebrate the New Year ? Well we got lucky ! My sweet and I won a free night to spend in this new charming hotel in Granada called Gar-Anat. The Ladron de Agua hotel where we usually go just once a year in january opened this small hotel in a former XVIIth century palacete and emailed us saying that as faithful customers, we were offered una noche gratis until next february...This is so lucky as we were actually about to skip our ritual this year....I'm really pleased folks

now where's the sexy part of this special wednesday ? in the chapka, my dear....

says Monchéri

i'm off to get the booze....see you friday...keep warm...!

you have no idea how I envy you if you live in Austria or Scandinavia and enjoy the warmth of a heated place. Oh..these double glazed windows...these old elegant ceramic heaters...

ok I stop this heating delirium...sorry I can't help it, I feel miserable in the cold...when I think I lived in Ireland for over a year and dreamt of spending all my life there...the glacial wind, the rain, the hot whisky with cloves....I loved it all....

oh yes..the whisky.....going for it now

Lucky indeed. Nothing worse than being underdressed in the cold. When the temperature drops in California, no one knows how to dress. You see women in flip flops and snow jackets, others is heavy winter shoes, scarf.. and t-shirts. In cold country at least they know how to behave.

It has been said that people who live in cold climates live longer...Doesn't seem fair does it?

I understand you completely dear spain, I'm a big baby when it comes to cold weather and rain too. Yesterday was 66 celsius when I went out to lunch and I was about 1/2 a block away and almost turned back por que tenia frio... :) But at least you had a good excuse to get drunk!
Well, lucky you! Enjoy yourself, no, I don't mean now, it's cold, obviously. I meant when you go to the hotel in January. :-)

Greetings from London.

Have a fun and sexy time.

Oh dear! It's so hard being cold!

But treat yourself to a pair of silk long underwear (like the kind you get for camping trips). It feels nice on your skin, is very lightweight but is a great insulator you can wear under your clothes but is not bulky.

And even worn to sleep in, it can be somewhat sexy because the material is sheer...

That, and some hot cocoa with cinnamon and Kahlua in it should make you warm up!

;-)

I would love to send you some of our milder temperatures but it has been colder than usual here so I am suffering in the cold with you. We are blessed by having a central heating system. Otherwise I might have to hibernate for the winter. Enjoy your hotel vacation!

Now, how fun is that?! You and Moncheri are two lucky ducks! Your sugary mountains are lovely. Hope the whisky did the trick. :^)

You are frozen lucky girl!
What a wonderful place to get to stay for free! Lucky you.

I've never been much of a fan of whiskey....but hot with cloves....now that sounds delish!

Lala, that is off-the-charts lucky! I never win those trips and hotel stays, ever. And wasn't it just yesterday that you were posting photos of abundant sunshine and walking barefoot? Where did those days go? (Asking myself the same thing, but alas I'm in the colder region...)
