A special tearoom in the Lecrin Valley, south of Granada

Even in this blazing heat, my English friends
like to have their 5 o'clock tea. Until last summer
our friend Gym transformed her restored barn
in a lovely peaceful tearoom where guests could read
the sunday newspapers while sipping a cup of Earl Grey and nibbling
some delicious homemade pastries or be entertained to
a vintage dresses fashion show.

Tables were adorned with crisp white cotton tablecloths.
Elegant ladies sat on comfortable daybeds

Gym, when will you reopen the tearoom? We all miss it!

How very lovely and quite exotic! Those little goodies look heavenly, too. What a creative idea for a beautiful old barn!

Lala, how beautiful was this little gathering.what a great idea for a fashion show. i love the green chair and table with the white table cloth.i really love the rustic exposed beams and ladder in the back tucked in the corner.the white walls and floors really brings out the colors of the seating and the art work on the walls. that's what makes it so beautiful and elegant.i love the idea of using spaces like rustic barns to create an elegant atmosphere.this barn is so beautiful!what a great way to entertain friends.have a good weekend.

God Bless
