Autumn in Granada

The rain woke me up this morning. It was so unexpected. Our first day of rain since... may be Easter ? We need it so badly here. And grey skies are beautiful too...

My plant doesn't really need an umbrella. I'm just pretending to be a good plant carer...Thank you so much my lovelies for your sweet comments on my birthday ! I'm sorry there was no virtual cake to share with you but later on during the day I'll post again about this great book Frida Kahlo's Fiestas and we'll all cook happily together...Stay tuned....!

It is hurricane season here and though we are inland, it gets exciting with the rain that comes along with storms. I just wish we got a day or two off so that I could be at home and read.
