Could you imagine what was life like in the Alhambra in bygone days ? Surely, one was inclined to be more courteous, romantic and flirtatious...

Have a wonderful week end !

Sounds like a fabulous plan!
What a great post/image, LaLa!
Have you ever read Washington Irving's books about 15th century Spain and the tales of the Alhambra in particular.
You can easily find copies of the book in Granada.
He also wrote Sleepy Hollows.
Anyway I think you might enjoy his work.

You can read a bit about his work on the above link.
Have fun tomorrow,
Much love

Lala- that building is very enticing- I would have happily gone to be a nun in that convent even though I am not sure what sort of convent it was- Looks like it was made of lace and snow.
That's a beautiful building, Lala. Thanks for sharing. I hope you have a pleasant and relaxing weekend too. Mine will be filled with grocery shopping and laundry for my mom before I get ready to go home. It has been a long month of hard work and I ready to go home, rest and attend to some of my personal needs. When I saw the building, I thought, ahh, how nice to stay in such a beautiful building. xx
I always look forward to your weekend photos, Lala! Have a wonderful time.
