Flowers in your hair.....

I’m not usually the moody type but today my job #1 (ie translation) is driving me crazy. If you want to be my friend, please never pronounce the word “hedge fund” in front of me....

and

Because some mornings are tougher than others
Because no matter what the bills keep pouring in
Because when it rains, all you can do is watch
Because the song you sing might not be heard
Because you're much too frail in this world
Don't try to be strong, to be the change at all costs
Be a humble you, play your little part
Play like a fool but do play with
Flowers in your hair and a smile on your lips

Pick up flowers and have a great week end !

flowers/ smiles/ words... they do have quite the calming spell on me too :-)
In Cuba we have a saying for your type of question (in regards to the word you want to translate): 'Me la pusiste en China!' That means that it's a very difficult situation to get out of. 'Hedge Fund', bwoy (as they say in Jamaica), I would have to sit down take my head off my shoulders, get the tools out and rummage through my old grey matter to find the answer. Mind you, I would be missing my eyes.

Have a fab weekend.

Greetings from London.

Flowers in your hair. Flowers by your bedside. Flowers in pots on walls of houses where you live. Even when life is tough, ahhh... flowers. There is so much joy to be had from such a simple thing. You give wonderful advice after a day like today. I'm going to follow it. I hope you do, too.
