Saturday morning in Granada

I love my saturday mornings in Granada. Usually I go to my favorite stationary shop to buy paper for the cards. Looking up is always nice in the little streets

some sell fruit in the street

some pray and light candles
some rush to a weddingsome sell flowers called nardos which have a wonderful fragrance

I spotted the next book I want to read...but preferably in Frenchif I had a little girl how I 'd love to buy her these cute sequined slippers

Hope you're having a great relaxing sunday !

What a lovely Saturday.I think the fragrant flowers are called tuberoses in English.
Happy week!

I am very excited to have found your blog! My husband and I spent 2 months driving all over Spain and Portugal last year and Granada was, by far, our favorite city in Spain. We'd only planned on staying a few days but it turned into over a week and we had to force ourselves to move on. We could never put our finger on why, but Granada was the most relaxing, most comfortable city we visited,(and so beautiful) It just felt instantly like home. We could have stayed indefinitely. Now I can visit as often as I want through you! Thanks, Janet

I love your Saturday mornings, too! Are those tuberose (the flowers)? I am sure they smell delicious.

I know several little girls who would die over those dreamy slippers. (A few big girls, too.)

I love going on your Saturday morning jaunts with you. I must say, mine are often interesting, but never so picturesque.

It's a nice trip idea you are giving me.
