Images of a sweet week end

....Is it because of the change of hour...I've got the feeling this week end went sooo fast...
on saturday, I gave my second choux pastry course in "petit comité" to 2 lovely enthusiastic ladies.....

....Est-ce à cause du changement d'heure...j'ai l'impression que ce week end a filé comme un rien....samedi, j'ai donné mon deuxième cours de pâte à choux en petit comité à 2 charmantes adeptes très enthousiastes des petits choux......



.....and of course, we ended with tea and the profiteroles filled with vanilla ice cream
and covered with strawberry sauce....I'm always delighted when people tell me they never tried this combination before and are now totally converted ! (yes...for me chocolate profiteroles are overrated..)

....et bien sûr, nous avons terminé avec une tasse de thé et les profiteroles à la glace à la vanille et au coulis de fraise...je suis toujours ravie quand quelqu'un me dit n'avoir jamais goûté cette combinaison auparavant et devient accro ! (franchement...je trouve que les profiteroles au chocolat ont une réputation un peu trop surfaite...)


......on sunday, I spent the afternoon in Granada where spring is showing everywhere....

.....dimanche, longue balade à Grenade, où le printemps est déjà un peu partout....



...love, love strolling through the Albayzin district right on top of the city......

.....j'adoooore me balader dans le quartier de l'Albayzin tout en haut de la ville.....

.....and the streets are so narrow that the little buses nearly touch the wall stone.....

...et les ruelles sont si étroites que les petits autobus rasent les murs de pierre de très près.....

I wish you a very sweet start of the week.....I'm quite excited because I now have to work on a special sewing project to be delivered in Paris at the end of April and which I'll show you when it's finished. So, there won't be any pastry course planned until next september as I also have another project for this summer which is going to take all my time.....of course, of course....I will let you know what's going on.....Happy monday to you.....

Je vous souhaite un très doux début de semaine.....je suis plutôt excitée parce que je dois travailler sur un projet de couture un peu spécial à livrer à Paris fin avril et que je vous montrerai une fois terminé. Donc, je ne vais pas programmer de cours de pâtisserie jusqu'en septembre parce que j'ai aussi un autre projet pour cet été et j'ai besoin de tout mon temps...bien sûr, je vous raconterai tout par le menu.....Joyeux lundi à vous.....
