And soon it will be Easter.....

It's not my usual to post on a sunday but I just wanted to pop in to tell you
that alas we didn't win the prize at the little culinary competition but oh well,
we'll try again ! And as we say in France the most important thing is to participate.
The only thing which bothered me though is that we didn't know who the
jury was and this didn't seem very normal to me. Or is it ? And also it was the shame,
we couldn't see what the other participants presented which of course would have
been great. But never mind, it was good to do it just for the fun of it. And, today,
we are between rain and sunshine and my mind is set on Easter. I think I will make
marbled eggs next week and also a big brioche. You know, the fluffy kind which
melts in your mouth because of course it's made with lots of butter. That's typical me,
instead of searching for chocolate eggs,  I just like the idea of a
romantic Easter breakfast.....

Hope you have the most lovely holiday with good food and friends.
