A few images and videos of the theatrical dinner "La Vie en Rose".
Our guests loved it and we enjoyed very much preparing for it in spite of various setbacks. (Our singer got sick just one week before and we didn't know whether he'd be able to make it and in the end, just by magic everything got back to normal).
So, yes I'm pretty sure we'll do it again!

A la gente le gusto mucho y nosotros hemos disfrutado mucho preparando a pesar de varios contratiempos (el cantante se puso enfermo una semana antes del evento y no sabíamos si iba a poder participar y al final, como por magia, todo volvió a la normalidad).
Así que estoy segura que vamos a repetir este evento!

What I cooked for this special menu:
Roasted tomato soup
Savoury profiterole with herb chantilly

Prawn, avocado, pink grapefruit, mango and pinapple salad
Coctel de gambas, aguacate, pomelo rosa, mango y piña
Pink trout with white wine and pink pepper sauce

The dinner in itself was a performance, singing, acting and dancing.
